I have this problem too, the Better Vampires mod is not showing in MCM. Now I have this itch to start adding mods i dont really need like and other mods that might break my game and make me spend days trying to figure out a solution for. If you don't there are no settings to tweak and it might not show up. The credit is all Ilja's, were it not for him i'd never have heard of LOOT or Mod Organiser :). I've now just updated SKSE and have tried it with the Workshop version of SKSE but now I'll try the Nexus version. So uninstalled all of them and un-checked all of the plug-in boxes in NMM, then I began re-installing and re-checking the boxes of all the mods I wished to use. I got around that by installing it with NMM. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition, i have SKSE64 installed but cant find the MCM menu. They used to show up, but after installing a couple new mods only those two appear. The only reason for SkyUI not to work would be if you didn't install SKSE64 properly. Yea he needs to start over whit one clean game. how can I see know if all the mods are working and doing what they are supposed to do? Worked for me, I got 14 new MCM menus registered right away.
